The standard rental period is 2 weeks unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

KOOL Therapy rentals are for a standard 2-week period beginning on the delivery date unless otherwise confirmed in writing. If the unit is returned late, additional charges may apply. Returns that are 1 to 6 days late may be subject to a daily late fee. If the unit is 7 or more days late, a $200 late or replacement fee may be charged.

Yes. By completing your rental, you authorize KOOL Therapy to charge the payment method used at checkout for applicable late fees, damage fees, missing component fees, or the $200 late or replacement fee if the unit is not returned in accordance with the rental terms.

If you need additional time, please contact KOOL Therapy support before your due date. Extensions are not guaranteed, but we will try to assist whenever possible. Additional rental or late charges may apply.

Yes. Payment must be completed before shipment. The signed agreement and successful payment are both required before the rental moves forward.

Yes. After the agreement and payment are completed, you should receive a confirmation email with your rental details.
